overall the stay was quite pleasant, location is good, only 5 mins walk to gare de lyon train station. the room is small but enough for a couple as we're out exploring the city most of the time. the soundproof is quite bad. anyways, it was a good stay in timhotel!

Light in the room was not working (near one of the beds). We didn’t have soap for hands only lotion.

The very small space could be put to better use by having somewhere to put and hang clothes if staying for more than two or three days. The window in the room looked out onto the wall of the neighboring house - it was dark enough, the lamp was dim.

For the price of about 270 EUR per night - just a flimsy place; windows facing the wall, worn out mattresses, towels falling apart, shower curtain should be seen. Sure, the staff at reception was smiling, they had the luggage room, but every detail, walls, walkways, worn out, unkempt, poor. There was noise coming from the yard early in the morning..
